Shipping Your Games
Getting your games to us is simple. Request a prepaid label at checkout, pack everything safely, and we will take it from there.
How it works

Build & submit your listSearch, add your items, then submit. On the Payment & Shipping step you can request a prepaid label.

Pack your itemsWrap each game, then box them snugly with padding so nothing moves in transit (see packing tips below).

Attach the label & sendIf you requested a prepaid label we will email it to you - print it, tape it on, and drop the parcel off.

We check & pay youWe confirm everything against your list and pay by PayPal or bank transfer, usually within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Prepaid shipping labels
A prepaid label is optional - you can always post your items yourself if you prefer.
- Free label when your offer total is £50.00 or more.
- A £5.00 label fee applies when your total is under £50.00, deducted from your payout.
- Prefer to use your own postage? Just leave the label option unticked.
Tip: adding a couple more titles can push you over £50.00 and make your label free.
Packing tips
- Use a sturdy cardboard box, not a padded envelope, for boxed games or consoles.
- Wrap each item individually in bubble wrap or paper.
- Fill empty space so items do not shift - loose contents get damaged.
- Pop a note inside with your reference number (the RF-XXXX code from your confirmation) so we can match your parcel quickly.
- Keep your proof of postage until payment lands.
