Retro Fix started the way most great things do — with a passion that refused to stay a hobby. What began as a personal collection of imported games and consoles quickly grew into something the whole community could enjoy.

Based at 130 Montague Street in the heart of Worthing, we've built a shop that feels less like a store and more like a treasure hunt — packed with rare imports, tested hardware, and the kind of knowledge you can only get from people who actually play this stuff.

Today we stock everything from SNES cartridges and Neo Geo MVS boards to sealed Pokémon boosters and Warhammer miniatures, all sourced by hand and checked before they reach the shelf.

2014

Where It All Began

A personal collection turns into a market stall in Worthing. The response from fellow collectors was instant — people wanted genuine imported retro stock, tested and fairly priced.

2016

First Bricks & Mortar

We opened our first permanent shop on Montague Street — a packed unit filled with SNES carts, Mega Drive games and a repair bench in the back corner.

2018

Online Store Launch

myretrofix.co.uk went live, letting collectors across the UK browse and buy the same stock available in-store. Overnight, our audience grew from local to nationwide.

2020

Trading Cards & Collectables

We expanded into TCG — Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and more. TCG quickly became one of our most popular departments.

Repairs & Modifications

Formalised our repairs and mods service — IPS screens, RGB mods, region-free conversions, recaps and more. Now one of the most-requested services in store.
