If the same fault reoccurs within 90 days of collection due to our work, we will rectify it at no additional charge — no questions asked.
No Fix, No Fee
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for labour. You only pay if the repair is successfully completed.
Free Diagnosis
We diagnose every device at no cost before quoting. You receive a full written quote and can collect your device without charge if you decide not to proceed.
