We buy PAL (UK/Europe), NTSC-U (North America) and NTSC-J (Japan). Prices differ by region, so pick the right one when adding each item. See the Condition Guidelines page if you are unsure how to tell them apart.

You can choose PayPal or UK bank transfer at the Payment & Shipping step. Once your items arrive and pass a quick check, we usually arrange payment within 1-2 business days.

Your prepaid label is free when your offer total is £50.00 or more. Under that, a £5.00 label fee is deducted from your payout. You are also free to post items yourself and skip the label entirely.

We check every parcel against your list. If something does not match the condition you selected, we will get in touch with a revised offer before doing anything - you are never obligated to accept, and we can return items if you would rather.

Occasionally we cannot accept certain items (for example reproductions, or items not matching the listing). If that happens we will let you know why, and you are welcome to contact us to discuss alternatives.

Yes - once signed in, your submissions and their status (Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Completed) appear under your account and on the trade-in page, each with its reference number and item breakdown.
